All orders are processed within 2–4 business days. This includes design confirmation, printing, and quality checks. Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

Custom Printed Products

All products are custom made as per customer selection. Once an order is confirmed and printing has started, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or changed. Customers are requested to carefully review the design, size, color, and delivery address before placing the order.

After dispatch, orders are delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on the delivery location and courier service.
